Energy is everything
Energy is everything — it's what we're made of, what we move through, and what connects us all. God designed us as energetic beings, and we all carry that energy just as we carry our thoughts, feelings, and memories. Sometimes it flows freely, and other times it gets stuck — whether from past experiences, emotions we haven't processed, or energy we've picked up from other people or environments.

You know that feeling when you walk into a room and can just tell something's off? Or when you're around someone and feel drained for no clear reason? That's energy. It's not always visible, but you can feel it — and your body, your spirit, they know when something isn't aligned.
​
When our energy is clear and flowing, we feel lighter, more connected, more like ourselves. When it's blocked or heavy, it can leave us feeling anxious, lost, stuck, or even physically unwell.

That's why I do this work — guided by God, I help clear, shift, and rebalance that energy, whether it's in your body or your space. Because when your energy is in harmony with who God created you to be, everything else starts to fall into place.

About Kristine
I grew up in a home filled with heavy, negative energy. From a young age, I would feel, see, and experience spirits. At the time, I didn't understand what was happening, and it left me feeling scared, confused, and deeply lost.
​
It wasn't until my 30s that I began doing the inner work — reconnecting with God, myself, my gifts, and my purpose. Through that journey I found clarity, confidence, and a deep understanding of who I am and why I'm here. I no longer move through life feeling uncertain or disconnected. I move through it with peace.
​
Today, I use both my lived experiences and my intuitive gifts to support others. Our spaces hold energy just as we do — and sometimes, that energy needs to be released. Whether you're moving into a new home, feeling stuck in your current space, or sensing a heaviness you can't quite explain, I help clear and realign that energy so your environment can support healing, clarity, and peace.
